StudentConsulting continues to grow and is now looking for a recruiter based at our office in Trollhättan. The position is part of our expansion in the area and involves close collaboration with our larger warehousing and logistics clients. You will also be involved in developing client partnerships, which means being present on-site at the client's operations. The role also includes work from our office in Gothenburg and assignments throughout the region – a varied role with both local presence and regional responsibility.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, primarily within warehousing and logistics. You will work closely with the account manager and be involved throughout the entire process – from advertising to placement.

Examples of tasks:
- Manage recruitment processes from advertising and selection to interviews and reference checks
- Create candidate flow through advertising and proactive outreach
- Conduct individual and group interviews
- Be present at the client and contribute to a close and long-term collaboration
- Administration related to recruitment, hiring, and consulting assignments

Scope and working hours:
- Working hours are flexible, mainly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but can vary between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- We expect you to work at least three full days per week
- Full and half days can be combined
- For the right person, there is an opportunity to work up to full-time

We would like you to start as soon as possible.

This position is suitable for students who want to work a lot alongside their studies, but full-time or other arrangements can also be discussed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We believe that you:
- Are studying a post-secondary or academic education, for example in HR, human resources, economics, or similar
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with many parallel processes
- Are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
- Have a strong sense of service and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, candidates, and clients
- Express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
- Have a B driver's license (meritorious)

Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or warehousing/logistics is an advantage but not a requirement – we place great importance on the right attitude and willingness to develop.
